Here is my review on the LeBron 9.

Traction -- 8/10
Cushion -- 8.5/10
Material -- 8/10
Fit -- 7/10 (Runs Small, go up ½ sz)
Ventilation -- 6.5/10 (Low Ventilation needed in my opinion for the Pro-Combat Material)

Overall -- 7.6/10

Value -- Priced at $170, there are far better options available for most player types and positions. If you enjoyed playing in the LeBron 8 P.S. then you will enjoy these as well. In my opinion, these are better suited for larger caliber players with explosive power or smaller players who may not be as quick and a bit on the heavy side as far as muscle build is concerned. Overall decent shoe... just not made for everyone, they were specifically made for one person, LeBron James. If you compare yourself either playing style or built wise, this is a good option for you.

  • i just played in a pair, they are not good if u want a flexible shoe. They are way to stiff for me. It has no cushion at the toe. My feet were killing me afterwards.

  • @AshyToClassy23 - agreed!

  • Dude never apologize for your own opinions (on the consistency of the cushioning/impact support). It's a review, so it's subjective in its entirety. Ppl come to U for your opinions, and return viewers pretty much know what to expect. Great review! & for ppl who don't know, consistency is key, bCoz as much as yur brain sends messages to your body, your body sends messages to yur brain - u want smooth, consistent messages sent back & forth. Dont think just intuitively react

  • @LupeXperience - appreciate it bro!

  • This is a big mans shoe. To fully activate this shoe you need to be 200 plus pounds and then the goodness comes out. Break them in and buy a half to full size larger than normal. I'm a bit spoiled by the new AJ 2012's. Will use the lebrons for practice and the Jordan's for league games. All in all these shoes are getting ridiculously expensive. At 245 lbs these shoes work for me. If you need a big man's opinion of some of the shoes in this category I would be happy to collaborate with you.

  • @AshyToClassy23 wear socks

  • @joeyj607

Neither, if you're looking for cushion I'd recommend the Lebron 8 v1 or v2. Those are crazy comfortable.

  • what do u feel about the lebron 9 lows for play?

  • just bougt them i am center and the air im the back is awesome it really helps ;)

  • which cushion is better the lebron 9 or the kobe 7?

  • Loved playing ball in these than around the 2nd month my feet were just killing me they really need some kind of cushion at the toe. My next pick up are the jordan 2012 next basketball season. Nice review
