Exactly my point. That whole thing was shoe-horned into the show as there was never any indication she was pregnant. Plus her reasons for doing so were just selfish and heartless. The sad thing BET genuinely believes that this bs makes Melanie more interesting as a character but it just makes her look bad all over.

And that abortion shit with Melanie was stupid. In the first 3 seasons, Mel & Derwin were religious and she would have NEVER gotten an abortion

Right. BET is fucking up the show. It wasss sooo much better on the Cw. Im dissapointed in the shoe, there's to many characters being introduce to the show, which has nothing do with anything , then they just leave. and you wonder what in the hell happen to them. !

Idk. I was so excited for this show to return, was such a fan but last season really disapointed me. The whole dynamic of it was completely off. Hopefully Brandy brings some of the original "flava" back. Jason Pitts was the only reason I was able to watch the comeback of this show. His character was just as awesime as b4
