Lev, you speak for a lot of us, myself included. Something I've done, though, to vastly improve my life in EVERY respect was this: treat yourself like a child or someone you love. Be kind and gentle, helpful and compassionate. Talk to yourself the way you would someone vulnerable, and when you start leaving out all of the criticisms and judgments, you'll feel so much more free and relaxed and happy. It's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time and it changes EVERYTHING. Try it.
