Just looks like the normal stuff Beryl does on any version of Linux, looks cool but anyone could do that with a bit of work without messing around the OS.

vista ftw, we dont fall for this linux crappity crap, what the hell do you need the 3d affects for when -once again- you'll be spending most of your time in front of a shell to figure why the fuck these-whatever-libraries are missing and the crap binary files do not work, which is usually something trivial on windows. Vista ftw!!!
