Join the cast and creative team of The Best of Enemies, an upcoming play at Manbites Dog Theater that tells the incredible true story of Ann Atwater, an African-American civil rights activist, and C.P. Ellis, a member of the Ku Klux Klan, who form an unlikely alliance in 1971 as Durham struggles with school desegregation. This peek behind the scenes will include a short reading from the play and a conversation about the creative process and the local historical relevance.
