Ketogenic diets tend to make people plateau- which I did so I stopped. Regardless I still drank boba/ ate whatever on weekends back then as well

Kind of a continuation from my other diet video.
But basically the quickest way to a flat stomach is: yup you guessed it. Diet and exercise. Lowering your overall bodyfat is the best way to lose fat from _______ (fill in the blank)
Stay active, and eating after the gym is OK your metabolism is boosted for three hours after you workout
[What I eat everyday]
I really dont plan this out. But MOSTLY what I eat is fresh vegetables, lots of lean protein (keeps you full, good for you, helps you build muscle), and fruits. This doesnt mean I dont eat simple carbs or bad foods- I just try to not to make all my meals center around them. I try to limit it to one meal max a day thats carb heavy UNLESS its "good" carbs like brown rice, whole grains, oatmeal stuff like that
Breakfast- eat a big one! Yogurt, fruits, eggs, ham whatever. Just get a good breakfast in. Keep in mind MOST cereals are rotten for you, and I dont think they taste very good anyway
Lunch & Dinner- lotttsss of veggies (I like em steamed raw whatever), lean protein
I try not to eat more than one carb heavy meal a day. And by carbs i mean stuff with white rice, white bread..junk like that
When I go out I eat/drink what I want. But im in college so I dont go out all that often LOL. maybe once out of every four meals
[Things that annoy me]
Unmotivated people
Young girls with bad perceptions- all the money, makeup, and flat stomachs in the world wont make you feel good about yourself if your problem is NOT with your stomach, but in your head
and if youre 12-14. You probably dont need to be dieting
anyway so stop worrying (join a sport if anything, its great exercise) and go and enjoy some of the most carefree years of your life

for your hair, why is it so nice even when its like not that long :( LOL my hair is past my breast like 5cm from my belly button and its pretty thick like yours, but your one just looks so different LOL it could be that my hair is permanently straightened, and ive bleached and dyed it about 10 times, but still! the end of your hair where its layered looks so cute, and how ur window fringe is kinda puffy and voluminous, how do i get your hair? :)

I know why you're skinny.... You're still in high school, you're a teenager! It's going to get a lot harder when you're baby-bearin' age. BUT thanks for the video, and you ARE very healthy! I'm going to try your tips. Thank you so much!

@jpsweetheart Technically child bearing age is past puberty, and I'm 22. :] And when I was in high school I worked out and did ballet for 15 hours a week. I feel its a bit unfair to dismiss people when you don't know anything about them
