  • @kyleain Okay, maybe I have hard feelings because I have always been exploited and ripped off. But that's personal thing. You said yourself that Chinese are being exploited. Sure they are. It takes a few bucks to make an iPhone, but then Apple charges arm and a leg for it. So, who is exploited? Apple? I think not. I think the Chinese workers and American customers are being exploited by Apple. Would I buy and Apple product after they went Made in China? No.

  • @dvamateur There is no evidence that the definition of business is "something that is evil that exploits customers" wow are you one of those Occupy Retail Stores people? A communist? You're making statements based on assumptions. That's mistake number one. You're also thinking in one direction. Since when do "customers" not have the power to "exploit" a business? You really never heard of Chinese workers being used as virtual slaves? Do you want complete slaves for you? Look up the word exploit.

  • @kyleain By default all business is evil because they exploit the consumer. Nonetheless, I'd very much like to see having more companies around than less. Look at the computer market. You're either stuck with Windows or Mac for consumer and even pro applications. I very much miss Atari ST platform, for instance. I don't want the same thing be happening to the photographic gear. If Pentax and Olympus disappear, it will be a sad thing, 'cause these two companies have great legacy.

  • @dvamateur Okay sorry u can use translate.google. c o m, but anyways, what matters is getting the best camera at the best price, not if a corporation is big or not, that's silly. If one corp was evil but small and the bigger one good, would you give your money to the evil one just because it was smaller?! Sometimes companies should fail.

  • @ShazamVanBane I meant that I wouldn't spend my money on a Canon or Nikon products. These are large corporations that are very rich. Why me, a poor individual, why should I give my hard earned money to big corporations? I'd rather go for more boutique brands, such as Pentax, Olympus, or Leica. Excuse my grammar, but English is not my first language, what can I do?

  • @dvamateur you're grammar is stupid and i bet those 32 people who voted you up aren't even sure what you meant. Delete your stupid comment and get the punctuation and grammar right. Did you mean

"NEVER WILL I" OR "I WILL OWN THIS:" ? Ugh,

  • that was poor :)

  • @Aragiss The reason is simple. Olympus, Pentax and Minolta have great products. No need to go for an overrated and overpriced Canon, or Nikon. And why make a huge and rich corporation such as Canon or Nikon even bigger and richer that it already is? Olympus and Pentax are like boutique companies in comparison. It's even surprising they have any presence at all in the market with such a miniscule number of employees. Nonetheless, I like Canon printers, but I wouldn't buy a Canon camera.

  • @dvamateur And the reason for this is... ??

  • I'd love to see you soaking wet a bit more:P handsome man
