The superfoods I'm on are (in raw form): Hemp (protein powder, seeds, and oil), goji berries - which contain 18 amino acids, cacao - the bean which chocolate is derived from, and bee pollen. I do occasionally eat raw kale and blue berries though. I probably eat entirely too many raw almonds and walnuts though - more like 4 to 5 oz a day.

Very good video...thanks! Love it that sardines are #2...I eat salmon, sardines and kippers 4-5 times a week...keep 'em coming!
