We're changing it up for this month. Many people simply make accounts at random to enter. I want this to actually go to a legit person not some account with 0 uploads, 0 friends, 0 views created on Feb 2012.

1) Use Google if you need a free recording program - Hypercam2. *It's what I use.*

2) "Upload" is at the top of your channel.

3) "Video response" is to the left of "post" while typing a comment to this video.
