  • thanks for the comments and support guys,

    ido,

Dead on about the gatherings, I've been balancing like a gymnast's handstand and go over most of the time. I'm fixing that dead lift form immediately, probably dropping the weight a little lower too. Love all your material by the way.

    bar8nmunchausen,

haha I doubt it, I've probably just desensitized them to the shock value of bodyweight training since i'm in there regularly. thank you for the tip on the deadlift, I'll try that next time

  • Nice stuff! Whats the name of the song?

  • your form on the dead lifts sucks

  • badass

  • great training

  • yeah modest mouse ;) ,great stuff man!

  • Good stuff. Thanks for the posting.

  • Good stuff. You need ot play with the gatherings more often to nail the balance. It is a dynamic balance, not a static one - completely different than trying to balance the handstand staticly each rep. The RDL's are not looking good from technical POV. You need to keep that lordotic curve with more attention.

The Germans look good, maybe a small delay at the top for 1-2 sec will take it even further.Keep working.Glad to see some of the material I have posted have been of some use to you, buddy.

  • I find it interesting how you get no looks from the people around you doing all this. Maybe they are afraid of you.

one tip, for those RDLs, think about pushing your hips back instead of just lowering the weight. then on the way up think about driving your hips forward. this helps to keep your back in better alignment
