Apple Mobile Devices in Enterprise Environments - Part 1

Additionally, Casper Suite integrates this inventory information into one centralized database that connects to Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX). This keeps IT professionals up to date with purchasing and warranty information automatically populated by Apple's records.

In conjunction with the management capabilities for mobile devices, iPhones and iPod touches can also be used as part of your support strategy using JSS Mobile. System Administrators can access their JAMF Software Server (JSS) to perform client management functions using this remote console. Supporting an increasingly mobile workforce with a mobile console allows IT staff to reduce their response and resolution times.
