@xxxTGXxxxGamingxxx Yeah, I agree with the definition, but they have to see how to move efficiently, and not all of it is the most efficient way to travel. Some of it is parkour and some of it is free running.

@LiNESinC Parkour is A-B as quick as possible. Free Running. Is Flips and showing off. But it can still be A-B just with alot of useless but cool tricks.

technically this is parkour... parkour is defined as a form of movement using ones body to go over, under, or through an environment with skill and efficiency. this my not show alot of skill, but theyre having fun, and thats a big part of parkour! so yaa.. the is PARKOUR.

@LiNESInC THANK YOU somebody understands bro, Parkour is about getting from Point A to point B thru Obsticals, but people try to do fancy flips and stuff thinking thats what makes it parkour.. but no thats stupid its just trying to show off.
