This tutorial demonstrates a simple way to create a sense of depth in Anime Studio (5 or Debut 6).

You can use a file provided by Anime Studio to test this tutorial in 2 minutes!!! Heres how to get it:

Search in your computer the folder Anime Studio. Open it. Look for the folder Tutorials and open it. Localize the folder 6 Effects and open it to find the file Tutorial 6.7.moho - double-click on it! If you really need to rush, jump to minute ~3:08 on my tutorial and use the file you've just opened.

  • I have a question?

How do you make video longer in anime studio 7 debut?

  • @Chanyi100 Watch my video "Anime Studio tutorial 00 - past 72 frames". But the maximum frames in the "debut" version is 3000.

If you need longer videos, you will have to split your work in several parts and then assemble them using iMovie (Mac) or Movie Maker (PC) - those are free. Or use any other movie-editing program.

  • Nice tutorial. Simple and very effective.

  • @westr70

    Thanks much!

  • So the Z value essentially controls the speed at which the elements move when you pan? That is a fantastic trick! I had no idea the Z value could be used in this way. Thank you for sharing!

  • Thanks, avaishade!

  • @avaishade The Z value controls the Z axis of a 3d object such as a sphere ( you should learn geometry).
