its a mod. google for: oblivion+"Top of the tower mod" to find it on gamespy.

Are you on PC or 360? If PC, what are the specs?

Did it on PC. When recorded i had a Core2Duo E6600, 2 gig memory and a geforce 7600gt. got a 9600gt now though ^^
