If California were cut into six pieces and one was to instroduce another layer of government between Arnie in Sacramento and the county and city councils, it would go broke. AND they have 13 million more people than Australia.
Time to call a referendum to abolish state governments! They are the ones causing all the hardship in Australia: forcing up rents, housing costs and public transport fares.
