Demonstrating an unfinished Roland TR-505 project I decided to put up for sale since it's no longer useful to me* - don't feel like finishing it for that reason naturally. It was bound to receive a new paintjob, an additional eight RCA plugs for bends, direct on/off switches for individual channels, individual outs and the like. For sale in Sweden.

Since it's terribly difficult to find what something sounds like not circuit bent, the video starts with the raw unmodified original sounds. If you ask me, the TR626 is something to keep untouched and unmodified, because that one has a sweet set of 12 bit sounds, while the TR505 honestly begs for bends and to be played with.

Also makes an amazing sequencer. Hope whoever buys it puts it to good use, with MPCs and Kurzweils I'm kind of spoilt..

* The particular way I used this was to run it through an EQ and shape it to enhance the highs, accompanied by the right circuit bends and some gain it made for impressive tinny sounding electronic percussion, reminiscent of the intro to Alessandro Cortini's 111108 (Buchla 200e)
