This performance took place on Tuesday, May 6th, 2003. I was there, and also saw him again in Pittsburgh back in October of 2000. I was fortunate enough to receive at least one headbutt from the man.

which do you think he would've preffered? being locked up in some home and drugged up and ignored, or having people listen to his records and go to his gigs and appreciate him for who he was. just cause someone is mentally ill that doesnt mean they have nothing to offer society, or that they should be removed from it. He was ace and it's good that his voice got heard.
