I don't see why you would want orel to have lost his faith. He was the only real christian in the show and only survived his shitty life through faith and got what he deserved in the end. You just want him to be atheist for some bullshit reason. That would have destroyed his character and made the show look like a slam on religion which it was much. more than. Don't cheapen it

Even though the show got cancelled I'm glad they got to finish up the series properly. Somehow with his own innocence and faith, Orel found a life in which to be happy and fulfilled.
