http://www.synergy-athletics.com - Use anything you have to get these done! Burpee to pull ups ensures that the athletes are getting the proper height on the jump. Kevin here is on set three, moving a little slow, but is working hard to get up to the I beam (most of the time!) to get the pull ups done.

Benefits: Increased conditioning, cardio, upper body strength endurance (specifically chest and back) improved grip strength.
