If people looked at the writing of peter singer and actually thought about what he is saying, you cant argue with the logic. A baby of a few months old is not self-awair like a chimp is for example and in this respect a chimp should have the same protection as the child would under the law. This is all hes saying.

When all is said and done and our generation is dead along with those animals that lived along with us, in no way can we say which life meant more. In fact, the human lives caused more destruction in many way than animals if we were to be concerned about the environment. Come off of it. Your sorry life and my sorry life means nothing.
