@tigerfang1000 not so rough tough guy, he cant, due to copyright grounds

Why are Americans always have to be channeled over other Vlad Tepes = Romanian why you are getting you over the Romanians?
-
@MsKrishtina copyright issues that's why it's backwards.

@RocketBird120 The training time and skill level though, is much less to wield a sword (perhaps a bit more for the equestrian side) than to fly a plane, not to mention the education level. In terms of bravery, I concede is generally on a per person basis, but yes, I'd rather face swords, bows, and Vlad than artillery, bullets, and Rommel. A sword is scary. Your comrades dropping down from all angles with hydrostatic damage and an attacker you can't see is scarier.

@CobaltX07 Warriors of old are good at their own craft as warriors of new. A knight may not be able to land an F-18 on a carrier, but neither can an F-18 pilot wield armor and swing a blade as good as a knight without proper training. As for bravery, man, I dunno about you, but I'd rather get blown to bits by gunfire or artillery than face some mob of ancient warriors eager to hack me to pieces. Heck, I'll take a .50 round than get impaled by Mr. Vlad Dracula here personally XD

@CobaltX07 *dull but practical

@SpadaccinoLuciano Lol on the topic of Ming weapons, the Ming Dynasty actually had their own musket, which would've been much better utilized in squad combat than the nest of bees. I think the people who run the show are inclined to choose Asian weapons that are cool but impractical rather than dull but impractical. I also seriously question their simulation methods, which seem to favor brute force and better armor rather than stealth and mobility.

@CobaltX07 Right? The US vs DPRK and Mafia vs Yakuza were the only ones I agreed with (besides the Shaolin Monk vs Maori Warrior, of course). It seems that the asians always purposely have the odds stacked against them, not using the best weapons available (like when the Ming were given Dao rather than Jian to fight Rapier-weilding Musketeers). Sometimes I wonder about the person who decides the matches...

@SpadaccinoLuciano The Asian warrior usually either has stupid weapons or a stupid situations. For example, the ming warrior had weapons designed for a massive army rather than for squad combat. For ninja vs spartan, the ninja fought in broad daylight with no surprise advantages. Sun Tzu was a macro-strategist, not an individual warrior. The only fair one was probably US vs DPRK and Mafia vs Yakuza, in which case I too agree with the result.

@SpadaccinoLuciano It is in fact extremely difficult, unless you claim to know a carrier pilot who says otherwise.
i would piss my pants if i had to fight in the older days
