Actually I read in modern drummer, Danney Carey said that this is in 9/4 for the most part. hope this helps!

yeah, this song has incredible timing in it. for this, i can almost easily and hands down, call tool the best band of all time, to pull of such a difficult thing, so smoothly. their drummer is the best in the world no competirion. i mean srsly

wtf 9/8, 5/4, 27/8, 11/8. theres no band that can do what tool does, or atleast another band that can do it as nice as tool does.
