You cant change install location of google chrome.Why didnt you try to open several tabs (example 10) with both browsers and compare memory? Anyway, google chrome is good but ff is still better

After testing it, Google Chrome was easily three times slower than Firefox, at least for me.

I agree with you that Google Chrome is a fantastic browser, its a sad fact that it is not customizable.

Firefox on the other hand has its killer apps on add-ons download-able from there site.

Testing both these browsers, I see that firefox and GC are about the same speed.

Not one is faster than the other.
