Here;s my Trailtech 8" race light with 100W bulb, AC circuit with 200W Ricky Stator installed. I modified my Cycra hand guards to use LED blinkers. See the blinker install at: http://pnwdualsport.forumotion.net/bike-mods-tech-tips-how-to-articles-f15/cy...

  • is the 100w bulb a little dim on idle?

    Do you have a battery?

  • @1982KalEl

Yes I still have a battery but the headlight is on its own 100W AC circuit. The resto of the lights are DC still, running through a battery

  • i also ride an xr650r i was wondering is that light worth it becuse the stock light is a p.o.s

  • i have the same light i used my rear sprocket as a shield it fit perfect..with some zip ties

  • kick ass bike great job

  • When or where are HID systems available?

  • @Hodakaguy Hi Hodakaguy, I like your setup, but you may want to look into the Baja Designs Rewound stator. They will rewind the stock stator to 250W (125 x 2) and your 100W bulb should be just as bright at idle as it is when in high RPM's. I have an 650R also and the Baja Design Rewound Stator will be my next purchase. Oh yeah, We own awesome bikes!!!!!

  • Why is it running AC?

  • i love the indicators can you post the install on here? im havin trouble with the other site.

    thanks dude
