The relevant point, to me, isn't that Palin has or had a relationship of some sort with this organization. The point is how clearly Sara Palin's association with this group demonstrates the hypocrisy of the Republican party and, more specifically, the hypocrisy of the McCain campaign.

OK, I'm an Obama supporter, but frankly this doesn't sound like a big issue to me. Her husband is a little extreme perhaps, but it even the Salon employee, a liberal, said he wasn't active in the party.
This has no more relevance than the William Ayers BS, and I'm glad the Democratic party has chosen not to come down to McCain's level by attacking Palin's family.
