The 6:30 pm group goes through a circuit of sandbag loading, sledgehammer strikes, and hand-over-hand sled pulls at CTS Strength & Conditioning in Napa, CA. This circuit went 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 15 minutes after a heavy barbell strength movement.
