that movie sucks, i was so disapponted, it was like a punch on my face. i knew it wast gonna be good, but really?? got nothing to do with the anime, except for the names, the dragon balls, shenlong, and the stupid monkey. nothing made sense.

I actually like it they had a nice modern twist to it! :) :) but it was still kinda stupid and hilarious!!

say what you will about dragonball evolution, but dont you ever fucking critize special effects from the 1980's and Toho Godzilla film series. todays special effects can't even shine the shoes of the special effects from the 1980's. they were the best and felt the most organic, this was way before CG took a shit all over everything and progressively got worse over time. for example, u cant even compare the UFO from E.T. to the UFO from indy 4. watch both, then tell me which effects look better

Hey, calm yourself. It was an example. There is good for the time and then there is 'average' for the time. I agree about the CG taking over everything though. I miss muppets
