Hi! Thanks for the video! I have a question about scanning in negatives the way you described -- after previewing, then scanning, the image just looks like a negative and not actually like pictures with all the correct colors. Can you please help me?

@785ami Ah, you have the media selected incorrectly. Change the media type to 'color slides'. I suspect you have prints selected.

@TheGracij - Thanks so much for the comment. This scanner has been so valuable to my family. Some of the slides I've digitized are the ONLY pictures my family have of themselves.

I've been looking for scanner and after watching your tips, I've made up my mind. BTW - my dad was an official war time photographer during WWII. Looking at those old headlines and pictures hit close to home.
