I'm back (I think)

I've been having some touble with my ISP over my (well more like all 800 households in my towns) internet connection, or rather lack of as I haven't had internet since the 15th of January, it seems to be fixed now.

That is also the reason for why I have been uploading such few videos over the past month, I've got a few that's ready to upload, and they will be up over the next few days.

@moonappleproductions Ever listened to a digital radio system, they're crisp and clear, the feed used in this video are a FDNY feed, which in analogue, digital (TETRA) radio systems are closed, meaning there's no scanners for them.

@NBVideoGameVids analog will always kick digital ass! why? because if the shit hits the fan and either the lines connecting the server to the repeaters go down or the server it self goes down in the case of a power outage your fucked and the radios you payed $3,500 for are worthless!

@moonappleproductions I've driven round a metropolitan area with both our old analogue "THOR" system, and our new digital "SINE"/"TETRA" system, and the THOR system drops out all the time, or there's interference, whereas SINE has clear and crisp audio all the time, as well with the added benefit of being a closed system.

All equipment (apart from battery chargers for the hand-held terminals and mobile terminals) are running on separate power grid, with a generator diesel generator and battery powered UPS, which results in close to 100% uptime, we've been using digital for a few years

@NBVideoGameVids digital sucks! the reason this feed is shitty is because the scanner is plugged into an ac wall outlet creating a hum in the audio output. I have several VHF and UHF analog transceivers and if you know how to use them.
