  • I take a B complex for the theraputic managment of my anxiety/panic. It works better than any anti depressannt ive ever tried. No lie. Good video man, I will start to take a few days off for my body to unburden, etc. (Although I take pretty low doses anyways).

  • Another really good balanced explanation.

  • you have some great stuff here

  • all you have to do is cycle your vitamins

they build up in your system and its the waste of that which turns toxic

12 - 28 days is a good cycle period for most vitamins and supps

Take a couple weeks break and start again :)

  • @BaileyLush try magnesium also (it needs b6 to be absorbed) it did wonders for my anxiety, 1 month of 400mg of mag and im a new man

  • @BaileyLush how many tablets you use each day?

  • @BaileyLush how many tablets you use each day?

  • Wise words, thanks.

  • @huisvrouwtjuh Well, what would you like the Vitamin C to do for you, it is good for some things and probably does not work for others. I take Vitamin C for my neuropathy, works great to take down the pain and inflammation. Do not know if it is good for other things, YMMV. I think this if possible, the best way to get nutrients is through your diet, I take the C because I need LOTS when the pain flares up.

  • @iliana99ila One of the most nutritious foods is not eaten that much anymore......the dreaded organ meats......liver, heart, kidneys, etc..........I luv'em.
