Niederreiter was aware of the hit and was not totally head down. Yes Fistric did line him up good, BUT he also jumped up and hit Niederreiter's head. That is not necessary and how guys get hurt bad. He could have ran into Niederreiter and still destroyed him legally but the blasting up to nail his head is not good. The fact that the impact made him leave the ice is BS I have hit people hard before and never had my skates in the air unless I fell along with them.
