Recently I was encouraged to practice 'seeing' those around me. Our wars have lasted longer than WWII and I seek peace. Is there is a relationship between connecting to my fellows here in the empire ... and the empire's intention to inflict harm on 'others.' I've longed for heroes, and now consider my personal responsibility: if the Obama campaign was so successful as a message of hope; I could see a campaign where drivers with Obama bumper stickers engaged in random acts of kindness. ~ Peace!

I love that you have viewed it and commented. Random acts of kindness are good regardless of who is doing them. As Mother Theresa said, be kind to everyone and begin with the person standing next to you.

I am reading your book "Change your mind and your life will follow" for the third time!! What an awesome little book, and I found it at just the right time. The best part is that while I was reading it I had booked in to attend the Women's Healing conference in NYC and there you are on the programme.
