@crackyflipside Nice. That's actually similar to how I program things for my lifters. Doing that extra stuff may seem like a pain in the butt after all the heavy lifting ... but it really helps to keep your body healthy so that you CAN lift heavy. Fun stuff! Love watching the Chinese team.

Cracky, I will bring this to my local chinese take out place and see if they can translate some of it for us. I get general tso's from them probably 2 days - 3 days a week when I am not tapering for competition, so they love me. We always talk WL so I will see what i can do. Thanks again for these videos.
Nice. More proof that the Chinese team has never met an exercise they didn't like ;)

@PDXweightlifting Specific training then last two exercises of the session are for hypertrophy (bodybuilding) for injury prevention hitting muscles that are less dynamically used in the lifts: arms, forearms, upper back, middle back, abdominals.
