Liberty Tax Shorewood - Slumber Party 2009

This year, our third with Liberty Tax, we participated in the overnight slumber party promotion where we opened our doors on Monday, April 13th at 7am and did not close until after midnight on the 15th! We had a light system, DJ, food, bean bag and poker tournaments, movies, a 65 TV, wii and tons of games and friends to keep us up all night long!

We didnt get any big media hits or anything so we created our own video to highlight the celebration. The star of this video, Greg Jarrett, was the best waver/marketing guru weve ever had. His flag twirling antics made us famous throughout our small suburb and single-handedly brought in dozens of new clients. Our store manager, Laura Mejia, also doubles as a video production guru and is responsible for creating this entire video.

We had another awesome season and an absolutely fantastic staff of preparers, marketers and wavers this year. As John says over and over, it all starts with tax school; the preparer staff that finished the season all completed the 10-week course and a shout-out to Mike Reid for doing such a great job teaching the class and getting people fired up about Liberty!
