St Paddy's Day Assault and Arrest at the Avenue Bar

Watch the man with the tan pants, blue had and backpack.

We're not sure what's going on here, it appears that this man walks up and engages a patron in conversation outside of the bar. Later he tries to enter but is not allowed in as he's obviously intoxicated.




After 2 attempts he's walked away from the door, at this point he's assaulted by a person who appears to be acting as the doorman.

It's unknown if this person who pushes the man to the ground is a patron or an employee of the bar, either way it seems to this observer that this person should be charged with assault.

The police are summoned and the man is eventually arrested and hauled off after refusing to leave the public sidewalk in front of the Avenue Bar.

The question is why wasn't the person who assaulted this man also arrested ?

There's definitely a trend with this bar, an ugly trend of verbal and physical assault on people deemed as undesirables......

Why wasn't the doorman arrested? Humm, I'd say because putting your hands on someone else i.e. the doorman and spittingm which by the way is assault.HINT HINT. and stepping forward to act on his own rights may be the key. Please hold back your one sided judgement until all facts are learned. by the way saying in your statement and I quote, I don't know what happens here....... But Blah blah blah. @nofear8277 blah blah blah.....tell it to someone who cares. The owner of this bar has no respect for his neighbors, that is a fact. I clearly stated that we don't know what's going on here, and that the person who was assaulted appears to be intoxicated.

That does NOT give the doorman, or whoever it was who pushed this man to the ground, the right to do so.

We just call em as we see em........

I was watching that hammered dude the entire video, he stumbles back into bar, seconds later escorted out and thrown to the curb. I love this channel!
