@abellang The game was made, but the people in charge of releasing it decided it would lose them more money producing the carts than it would make them from sales, so they scrapped it.

Additionally, just because something's not released doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The source code to Halo, for example, isn't released, but it exists. Google's properitary internal operating system isn't released, but it still exists. Several famous poet's works were never released, but they exist.
