This fight is a good example of why knees to head and kicks to downed opponent should be allowed. Fight could have been finished numerous times in 1st round by Malaipet if the rules didn't favor wrestlers so much.

I think both guys fought hard and it was an exciting fight.But to be fair,I have been in muay thai for 20 years and followed MMA since UFC 1 and I have never seen a a 5' 10 150 fighter that looked as heavy as Douglas.I dont care if he dropped 15 pound for the weigh in .That was not a 150 lbs fighter.Period.And to to all you keyboard warriors calling Douglas a bitch or Malaipet a pussy I got one thing to say to you ...Let me see you do it,Mother F@#!%r.

@KilroyWasHere444 People cut weight, and there's many guys way larger than him at 155lbs, are you kidding me? Asian fighters tend not to cut weight, focus more on technique than anything. Sometimes that is a back thing.Have you see Cosmo Alexandre? Dude wrecks a lot of guys because of his physical advantages.
