Joe was brought up in South Wales, only 5% of people there speak fluent welsh compared with 90% of North Walians who are all fluent. His mother is Welsh his father Italian. It doesn't matter where your born, its where your bred that makes you what you are! And hes Welsh. Joe has fought in Wales, England, Scotland, Germany, Denmark & the USA. For eg. Hopkins only fought outside the states once (a fight he drew), Jones Jnr has never fought professionally outside the states. I just love these backyard comments - no substance whatsoever. Joe has only fought 18 times in his own country.
