@Hurleyatticus4 Not really the Murcialago had the Lamborghini V-12 an engine that first entered production in 1963 in the 350GT, it was designed for Lamborghini by Giotto Bizzarrini and during the course of over 45 years has been constantly changed by Lamborghini themselfs. The all-new V-12 for the Aventador is all new and designed by Lamborghini it's largely based on the old V-12 only cleaner, more efficent and more powerful.
The engine, the heart and soul of the Murcialago is Italian.
