Taken alone, and actually even more together they're innocent though. Singing about friends having lips for kissing (and then the dad kisses his son's forehead in comfort) is nothing in the first place, and less than nothing compared to some of the songs on Kidz Bop.

That's the kid's dad. They live in the same house and have the same hair color. Everything they're doing is normal stuff. I've gone to the beach and movies with my dad. I've even kissed him on the cheek because I'm from Europe.
The song lyrics could be taken as a bit misleading with that video. It's not immediately obvious (but it is pretty soon) that his friend is his dad and not just some creepy old dude, and singing about kissing your dad and knees for kneeling is weird (church?).

The fact that they used the word "spork" gives me yet another reason to love the Johns immensely.
