In 2009, the prize "Dialogue en perspective", sponsored by the French television channel TV5Monde in cooperation with the German-French Youth Office, Filmbay was awarded for the first time. The prize jury has eight members: it is headed by a president, a professional whose work represents the cinematographic dialogue between France and Germany, and further consists of Filmbay.com four French and three German members. Several Sundance filmfest participants who are selected by the prize donators by means of a Filmbay.com public call for application. In 2010 in conjunction with Talent Campus, Filmbay offers the hosting of art, animation, demo reels and acting samples of new and forthcoming talent. Indies and Independent Filmmakers will be able to distribute their motion pictures as movies on the website thereforth. Berlinale Talent Campus selected Filmbay.com as their choice for venue, as was announced by Dieter Kosslick in October.
