"My family calls me puppy. I can't believe I just disclosed that./Your family calls you puppy?"

Jennifer Garner reveals that her family-given nickname is Puppy in this sneak peek of Martha Stewart's Christmas Special. And since Martha never had an alias of her own, Jen came up with one.

"You might be pumpkin."

Pumpkin and Puppy are seen making cookies and crafts together, and Jen brought along some bubbly to spice things up.

"I've never had champagne with you before I thought I should see what you're like."

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck tells Ellen DeGeneres that Jen is like a very traditional housewife in the sense that she does all the holiday shopping since he's so bad at it.

"It's a bit of a 50's thing I guess. Because my wife is so capable and because I'm less so, she does a lot of that work and I kind of root her on."

True to form, we spotted Jen doing some shopping at Target on Monday but even though Ben wasn't there she did have some help. Little Seraphina was along for the trip!

Ben's Ellen appearance is tomorrow, and Jen's cameo on Martha's special airs December 6th on the Hallmark Channel.

i like ben with garner, cause when he was with j.lo his career was on a lackluster, his movies were awful and his acting not so great. plus the media was heavily surrounding their relationship. Therefore, i think he's better off with Garner.
