Hey hey that was a great tutorial! During step 2, do you catch the inner ball or the outer ball when you throw the 2 balls from one hand?

Unless if I misunderstood the question, I think either will do, do the one that's most comfortable to you :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think TWJC dictates that I should throw a multiplex in Step 1 (and following). Instead, you make two 'uniplex' throws with a pause in between.
To be honest: I prefer your version :) It feels more 'wavy' and less rushed than throwing a multiplex. I'm a bit confused, anyhow. Which Olas is the right one? :)

Mine "technically" is olas extended.
Both are correct, I prefer this one
