I hope you are only joking; our body needs the cholesterol and other nutrients in the eggs and cream. Salmonella is not a problem with properly raised chickens.
In my case, I have lost 50 pounds by adding more fat to my diet: butter, cheese, cream, even, gasp!, lard!
Cheese produces mucus, it is unpasteurized, therefore downright dangerous to your health because of salmonella, yolks are full of cholesterol, full of fat that gives you heart disease and all kinds of cardio problems...
