I was there!!!! Wow it seems so long ago I was 3rd flute...it looks like 4th cuz he put picc in the middle of us!

This is one excellent band! Good phrasing and you paid particular attention to accent placement throughout the song. Difficult to play with a band this size and maintain such a lock on the tempo. Well done! Great balance with a superb full concert band sound!

I think this is my favorite Williams piece along wiht Caccia and Chorale. As a native Arkansan, I can proudly say Clifton Williams is one of our own. Most of his noted career was out of state of course, but he certainly made his impact on bands in our state.

Important to be tasteful but it was a little droopy as well. The trombone gliss at the end even could have been a lot more exaggerated. But a solid performance.

Were doing this song in our school symphonic band, Lakota east high school, and its a challenging peice for the middle level band at our school, but its sounding good so far

this song is amazing if you get it right...my bands trying to place this but we'll be lucky if we make it sound anywhere near this

haha lol :)
not a very good place for acoustics.. very well performed, but i think better acoustics would have made this a major wind ensemble recording quality performance.

Yes, I know.... Unfortunately, the gym was the only place large enough on the Auburn campus to accommodate a band of this size. :(
