Carvin Legacy 100 watt head into a Carvin 2x12.
Keeley Modded Boss DS-1 Distortion pedal. [orange]
MXR EVH Phase 90 pedal. [red/w white stripe]
Either a Morley wah [most likely] or volume pedal. [black/w yellow stripe/tape]

I hear delay/reverb [might be built into the amp head], and at 1:24 I see pedals on top of the amp. Green [possibly] a Ibanez tube screamer. White [possibly] Boss TU-2 Tuner. Round white thing, clueless?
