No it was the Government and the bush administration and I know it wasnt him doing it, hes not that smart. Straight D student, drunk and cocain addict before he was president. He should have never been allowed to even run much less win. Hes fucked this country over royaly, America gets no respect now because of him. Hes a dumbass there nothing more to it.
