This is the first few minutes of a documentary on the commercial dog breeding industry. It is an in depth look at the industry and whether commercial dog breeders are being portrayed fairly and the reasons why they are so secretive. In an unprecedented meeting, breeders, top professionals in the commercial dog breeding industry and rescue groups discuss and debate the business that stirs such passion during a symposium. • This has been a very long time in coming and I sincerely hope it does justice not only to the shame of this industry which should be banned but also to the devotion of people like Theresa and Richard Strader. Pass the Kleenex, please.

  • To Hell with these goddamned puppy millers and their ugly, idiotic excuses. They don't know or care about dogs at all...only know them as commodities. Those people are scum and it's long past time to take out the TRASH!

  • I've had the pleasure of meeting Theresa in person and there are no words that can describe her dedication for the dogs she cares for so passionately about. All my love and positivity to her and her family who have sacrificed and placed a devout dedication to the beautiful dogs she has saved from the horrendous life of a puppy mill.

  • @gkkrpm It just doesn't make any sense to continue to allow people to breed puppies. It's awful. I don't care if the breeders are great and nice to animals or love animals or love breeding- for every puppy sold, an adoptable puppy is put down. According to the Humane Society of America, over half of the adoptable animals in shelters are euthanized. There seems to be some glamour in owning full-bred animals. I just don't understand it.

  • The arrogance and state of utter denial of some of the humans in this short clip is not surprising. Justification must occur in order to continue the money making and to live with themselves.
