@Blechmy Actually....that would be CHINA supplying arms to all sides of the conflict while protecting their OIL INTERESTS in the south eastern region. And the conflict in Darfur did NOT start in 2004 my friend. In fact, the treaty was signed in 2003.....

You DO realize that we are in the middle of two wars, plus the warzone chaos at our border with mexico, and North Korea on our leg like bitches in heat.
I do hope he will be able to do something about this but there is a LOT more red tape to deal with that a lot you don't take into consideration. You can't just send troops to combat an enemy within a foreign country without some reciprocity from the host, save a declaration of war.
