Police officer who seems to have (yes, I have it confirmed but can't list federal sources so I'll say seems to have) pulled me over for the black organized crime (otherwise known as the Boule), of which he is apparently a member, based upon his actions, gestures and statements, most of which are not shown in video since he turned off my camera.

The state's supreme court ruled that it is permissible to videotape a law enforcement official: "the problem here could have been avoided if, at the outset of the traffic stop, the defendant had simply informed the police of his intention to tape record the encounter, or even held the tape recorder in plain sight." Commonwealth v. Michael Hyde, 434 Mass. 594 (Mass. 2001).

This video appears on second page.

Note: Were it not for a federal investigation into the domestic terrorism organization (the Boule) I would not list a video about a police officer. But I have no choice. I have to follow instructions, and these people are unlawfully, actively seeking me and attempting to set me up.

  • what you should have done, indicretion100, was tell him when he first came up to your car that he was being audio and video recorded and if he said that he didn't want to be then you have said that you weren't going to stop under protest. watch dave ridley's videos on this matter...very useful

  • @ohannahdad true and true.

  • @wolframixx The word here is "nearly" faced 16 years. This videotape issue is a battle of wills. He was OK until he put the tape on YT. That made them mad. They will charge you and do what ever they can get away with. I think there was never any real fear of him going to prison. Cops are spoiled. They don't want people doing what they do, and they can't legally stop it. Open carrying weapons, people learning some real law, and video cameras, have removed a lot of the intimidation factor.

  • @ohannahdad it's not that i disagree, i'm just telling you what the law is. just look up that motorcycle rider that nearly faced 16 years in prison for video/audio taping a cop that pulled a gun on him!

  • @wolframixx That "wiretapping" crap is just that! Crap! You are allowed to audio/video in any public area and where privacey CANNOT be expected. It usually better to inform LEO(s) that they are being recorded (both) before engageing in conversation. If you record a crime they may claim your camera is evidence and try to take it. They must have a SUBPOENA to confiscate your personal property. Demand a CO on the scene, talk only to him/her, do NOT exit your car unless you are under arrest.

  • @5british5 do some research bro. and your definition is is of the verb, not the noun....

  • @wolframixx wiretap n. using an electronic device to listen in on telephone lines

  • @5british5 No problem! btw audio recording without consent is called wiretapping (which is illegal) even though the cops record us with their cameras all the time and use it against us in court??? THE SYSTEM IS FUCKED UP!!

    my head hurts

  • @wolframixx ok?? thanxs i was wondering

  • @5british5 Can't. I'm going to work now. Good day.
